After 25 succesful years in retail sales and management, it was my desire for a change that led to my carreer in real estate in 2004. I wanted to be part of a strong team and function as an in dependent businessman. With the support of Edina Realty, I am able to meet my clients needs as well as my own goals and dreams. Over the years I have been very active in a variety of organizations including the Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, Retail Promotions Board, Cub Scout leader, Hutchinson Concert Association and task forces. I will continue to serve the community any way that I can. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, the Minneapolis Association of Realtors and the Minneapolis Multiple Listing Service. Born and raised in Springfield, MN, I moved to Hutchinson in 1988 to marry my wife Judy who had moved here the year before. We were married in 1989 and have 4 children. Judy has worked in the Hutchinson school system since 1987. We enjoy all the sporting events, swimming, soccer, volleyball, football and baseball, that our children are involved in. I also enjoy walking, bike riding, woodworking and working on classic cars. Hutchinson has been a great place to live and raise our family. I believe my listening, communicating and negotiating skills are my best assets. I believe the process af a real estate sale is just as important as the product itself. Let me help you make the process of buying or selling your home as pleasureble of an experience as possible. Whether you’re buying, selling or simply exploring the possibilities of homeownership, you’ll want to work with a professional who can provide the most reliable market information and expert advice. Now more than ever, you need a qualified REALTOR® who is skilled at networking, pricing and negotiation. |
